  Professor Amar Sawhney assigned a project for students in his Design 4 class to design an "urban oasis" at the corner of Kendall and 107th Ave. This area is to be a mixed use development in the context of sustainable architecture and urban design and should provide residents with both entertainment and necessary daily errand activities.
